Does Örum 119 offer other experiences?

On site at Österlen, we have a Boutique Hotel, the private Norrgavelhuset, a reputable wood fired pizzeria, an artisan bakery with Fika. We even have our own ice cream workshop Frusen Glädje. And a shop. For more information, visit

What kind of products do you provide?

Örum 119 offers you a unique selection of products that has a strong connection to our identity and values. These products comes mainly from Europe and Japan. Our range includes items that we use on Örum 119 such as work clothes, garden tools, textiles and utensils. Also homemade from the kitchen and bakery.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments to Örum 119 are handled by Klarna. In Sweden you can pay by card, invoice, partial payment or Swish. Other countries have the direct payment service called Pay Now. For more information see Klarnas Terms of Service.

Is it secure to order online at Örum 119?

To protect you as a customer we use Lets Encrypt, an unique set of encryption technologies that enable safe online transactions. The credit card information that you submit to Örum 119 will only be handled by our payment service provider Klarna. We will never ask you to provide this information by e-mail.

What is the delivery time?

If the ordered items are in stock, the order is usually shipped within 48 hours on working days. We use different delivery options, depending on the country of destination.

What if my delivery is damaged when I receive it?

If shipments with obvious damages are delivered, you are obliged to make a complaint to the transportation company immediately and to refuse the acceptance of the shipment. Please also contact our customer service at Hidden damages are to be reported no later than 3 days after receiving the shipment.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Örum 119 complies with the Swedish Konsumentköplagen and the European Union E-commerce directive. Please inform us at of your decision to return your product and then send back the goods without delay. Note that if you use your right to return a product, the direct cost of returning the goods, custom and handling fees will be paid by you. We can not exchange your products, you have to make a return and then make a new order.
