Coffee Beans – Espresso

Roasted by Gringo. This is our interpretation of a really good Caffé – a nice, bittersweet Italian espresso. The element of Robusta creates a nice chocolate taste and gives extra power to the character. Our ambition has been to create a milk-friendly, creamy espresso, with a bitterness that mixes with the flavors instead of being distinct. The roasting is long, to give the coffee softness and fullness.
